This version of the Geeen Butt Skunk was tied by Oregon fly tyer William Lovelace for a his series Creativity in Fly Tying: Varying the Approach to Tying the Same Fly with Different Materials and Styles. (which see).
Bill's Notes: "These GB Skunks were created by me for examples to show a Steelhead Fly Tying Class that a local Arts Center asked me to teach. I created a dozen different GB Skunks to demonstrate different materials and different styles to show that artistic tyers can be creative while doing the same fly."
