This version of the Geeen Butt Skunk was tied by Oregon fly tyer William Lovelace for a his series Creativity in Fly Tying: Varying the Approach to Tying the Same Fly with Different Materials and Styles. (which see).
Bill's Notes: "A friend who fishes Oregon’s Rogue River gave me this hook. I thought that many tyers would not be familiar with the double hook. We could discuss differences in tying on such a hook like tying in the tail."
